Does Lux + Shadow ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States. We hope to be able to offer international shipping at a later date. To hear updates on this, sign up for our newsletter. 

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout for all orders under $40. Orders with a subtotal of $40 and over qualify for free shipping.

When will I receive my order?

You can choose your shipping option at checkout. Generally, orders arrive between 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for custom orders. Please be vigilant of shipping date and time as candles should not sit outside in inclement weather.

When will a certain scent become available again?

We pour candles in small batches that are generally limited availability. We recommend signing up for our newsletter so you can be one of the first to purchase a new release!

What are the ingredients used in making these candles?

We use 100% natural soy wax, pure non-toxic fragrance oils, cotton paper blend wicks, reusable glass jars and reusable metal tins. We strive to use the most sustainable and safe ingredients, and we encourage recycling!
